Erum Ahmed, LMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in treating individuals, couples and families who suffer from stress, anxiety and depression.
Erum has a Masters degree in Public Health from Emory University and a Masters degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from University of South Florida (USF).
Furthermore, she received a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from USF and training from the Gottman's Institute which allows her to specialize in couples counseling. She received her Bachelors degree from USF in Sociology. Erum works hard to remain current and familiar with new therapeutic interventions by participating in continuing education courses in the field. In addition, she is a member of American Board of Marriage and Family Therapists and is also fluent in Urdu and Hindi. Erum is a Tampa native who is involved with the Tampa Bay Community. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering, staying active and traveling.
